You listen all day…but how often do you actually practice listening? Do you listen well? Consider this a workout for your attention: a place to test your habits, stretch your assumptions, and strengthen a muscle you probably didn’t know needed training.
Think you're a good listener?
Come test it, uncover what you miss, and learn something new-- over a meal
Most of us think we're good listeners...this is your chance to train that muscle for real. Through a series of short exercises, you'll see what you actually hear (vs. what you think you hear) and practice a more effective, evidence-based way of listening.
Come if you want less miscommunication, more enjoyable conversations, and a low-stakes space to try something new. Lunch included, in person only. RSVP is required- please wait up to 48 hrs to receive confirmation
Date: Tuesday, October 20th

Location: Media Lab (75 Amherst St., E-14), 2nd Floor, Room 240
